We collect information you provide — such as your name, mobile number, email, city/PIN, and details about your insurance needs or existing policies — when you submit a form, request a quote, file a claim, or contact us.
We also collect limited technical data (such as device and usage information) through cookies and analytics, only with your consent.
We process your data on the basis of your consent and for legitimate uses, to: source and compare quotes from insurer partners, advise you, service and renew policies, support claims, respond to enquiries, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We share your data with our insurer partners and service providers strictly to issue and service the cover you choose. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Under the DPDP Act you may access and correct your data, request erasure, withdraw consent, nominate another individual, and raise a grievance. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.

By submitting a form you authorise Assurmate and its representatives to contact you via call, SMS, email or WhatsApp regarding insurance, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC.
